Joanna Carr

Joanna entered the property industry in 2018, starting a Rent-to-Serviced Accommodation business while on maternity leave from her teaching role. This venture enabled her to leave teaching, but she soon recognized its limitations. In 2022, she launched Pay As U Stay, a property management company specializing in serviced accommodation management. Joanna is a passionate advocate of serviced accommodation, focusing on structuring it to benefit both investors and management companies. She discusses topics like fund safety and introducing multiple income streams.

Entering the short-term rentals industry opened numerous opportunities for Joanna, including starting her own investment portfolio, a virtual assistant recruitment business, and nurturing a passion for public speaking and training. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, staying fit, and reading by the fire.

Saj Hussain

Saj Hussain is a property entrepreneur and also well known as The Property Joint Venture Expert. Since 2007 he has built a multi-million pound property portfolio. Saj’s main strategies are flipping, HMO’s, developments and of course serviced accommodation.
